Brookings Institute reports that millennials are the most diverse generation. You'll find lots of diversity in Dallas-Fort Worth with more than 200 towns spread throughout the region where 230 languages are spoken. DFW Also Attracts Gen X Gen X, on the other hand, wants affordable housing, warmer weather, and a business-friendly environment according to Realtor.com. With large companies like Toyota relocating to the Dallas area, it opens up more opportunities. Gen Xers like master-planned communities.
