One is converting a living room into to a bedroom or a living room to a bedroom with a bath. You can add a bay area in the dining room. Or perhaps, you want a three-car garage. You can even add a covered patio or rotunda. Do you want the gameroom to have a half bath? Full bath? Or be replaced by a junior suite? Should you prefer a study, you can opt to add a half bath.
