As we wrap up 2024, our team at Sandlin Homes is proud to reflect on an incredible year of growth, innovation and new beginnings. From opening vibrant new communities to introducing fresh phases in some of our most loved neighborhoods, we’ve worked tirelessly to help all of our homeowners find their dream homes. Our highlights from 2024

This year, our team was able to create beautiful places to live, work and grow throughout the Greater Dallas-Fort Worth area. We introduced three new communities—Baker Farms in Cleburne, Eagle Cove in Denton and Hidden Vistas in Burleson, and each of these neighborhoods have quickly become sought-after destinations for today’s homebuyers—offering a range of stunning new construction homes in prime locations.

In addition to launching these new communities, we’ve also expanded some of our favorites such as Sheppard’s Place in Waxahachie and Timberbrook in Justin. The additional phases that we’ve been able to add to our communities have allowed us to meet the growing demand for buyers looking for the perfect place to call home, and we can’t wait for everyone to see what we have in store for 2025. 

Looking ahead to 2025

As we move into 2025, we’re excited to continue our commitment to excellence throughout the DFW area. Within the first couple of months, we’ll be unveiling our brand-new model home at our Kelly Ranch community in Aledo, and this model will showcase our new product line, which features upgraded designs and enhanced features while retaining the trusted floor plans that our homeowners love. Additionally, our Country Lakes community in Denton will also be debuting a new model home, highlighting our innovative designs, features and finishes. 

We’ll also have new opportunities available at Mayfield Farms in Arlington, where a new phase is set to open soon. Cambridge Manor in North Richland Hills and Trinity Estates in Benbrook are two more highly anticipated communities on the horizon—reflecting our dedication to continuously creating exceptional living spaces for every type of homeowner.
