We decided ours needed an overhaul to be more useful so we’re excited to announce that our new website is live! Come and get a fresh look at Sandlin Homes for the latest in the DFW metro area.

Visiting our new website is like opening the door to our model homes and getting to know us. You’ll see more images of the homes, inside and out. We vastly improved the navigation so that it’s one-click easy to move around. Are you looking for a particular community or just want to browse around a bit? You can easily filter your options and see the towns and cities of your choice.

Once you find your desired location, you’ll find plenty of information—about the homes, the community, and the area. We want you to feel the experience of living here, so the content includes videos, photos, and list of schools. The site map shows the area amenities, like proximity to supermarkets, hospitals, shopping, restaurants, parks, and more.

We’ve made it simpler to look at the floor plans, too. Browse through our entire portfolio of 34 home designs, or narrow your search by price, square footage, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The overview page also lists the neighborhoods where each floor plan is available. At the moment, every design can be built in any of our 15 communities.

Maybe you’re thinking about a lot beyond our neighborhoods. Just click on “Build On Your Lot” to learn more about the building process. We include a list of Frequently Asked Questions to get you started, like “Can you help me if I don’t have land?” (Yes!) and “Can I make changes to the plans?” (Of course!). We’ll even guide you to a mortgage lender who is experienced in financing new construction homes.

The new and improved Sandlin Homes website includes valuable information on our warranty program. You’ll learn what’s covered under the 1-, 2-, and 10-year coverage we provide with every new home.

While our previous site gave you an overview, our new virtual models give you more insight: photos, videos, descriptions, and testimonials. The photo gallery is organized by area, so you can see the design and detail of our finished homes, one room at a time.
