And if you don't have land yet, don't worry—we work closely with experienced Realtors in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex who can help you find the perfect homesite that aligns with your vision. We overlook no details—such as house orientation for sunrise and sunset, access to highways, schools, neighborhood lighting, zoning, utilities and more—to ensure a location that effortlessly meets your requirements. 

2. Select your floor plan—or bring your own

Conventional, VA, FHA and RD loan financing typically support existing home purchases and may not qualify as construction loans.
