The Build on Your Lot Process:

Contact us by e-mail or phone and we can discuss your needs and arrange a time for a consultation. If you do not already own a lot, we will gladly assist you in finding one. Then, the process easily falls into place.

First, choose your plan, whether it’s the dream home you’ve been yearning to build for years, one of our floor plans or a plan we design together. Then, we put together the paper work based on aspects such as inspections of your lot, meeting with our Design Center and reviews of your floor plan and plot plan. Once the Final Contract has been configured and signed, we’re ready to start building your new home!
