Sandlin Homes Warranty

We’re certain our homes will live above and beyond your expectations, but, from time to time, your home may need some minor maintenance. With every Sandlin Home, we offer 1-2 & 10 year warranties from StrucSure Home Warranty that include the following:

One-Year Warranty – The one-year warranty is a builder surety and backs the builder’s warranty on workmanship and materials. Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first year will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under our warranty by the builder or the warranty company.

Two-Year Warranty – The two-year warranty is a builder surety and backs the builder’s warranty for the delivery portion of systems. Covered components of a home that do not meet established Performance Standards during the first two years will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under our warranty by the builder or the warranty company.

10-Year Warranty – The 10-year structural warranty is a direct warranty that begins on the day of your home’s closing and lasts for 10 years. As a direct warranty, we are the responsible party for major structural defects. If a major structural defect occurs within the first 10 years, it will be repaired, replaced, or paid for under our warranty.
